Barbara Marshall, ARNP
Barbara Marshall, ARNP, is the owner and lead provider at Firm Medical Spa. A Master Injector with more than 15,000 hours of injecting experience, Barbara brings extensive medical training, technical skill and an experienced eye to every treatment.
Her philosophy is simple: great aesthetic work should still look like you. Barbara takes the time to understand each client’s goals, explain their options and create a treatment plan focused on natural, balanced results.
For Barbara, trust is just as important as technique. She believes in thoughtful recommendations, honest conversations and never treating simply for the sake of treating. Her goal is for every client to feel confident in both their treatment and their results.
Licensed Medical Esthetician
Elizabeth Pete is a Licensed Medical Esthetician with a passion for helping clients understand and care for their skin. With advanced training in skincare analysis and treatments for acne, sun damage and aging skin, Liz combines technical knowledge with a highly personalized approach.
She believes healthy skin starts with understanding what each client actually needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Liz creates customized treatment plans designed to improve skin health, texture and appearance over time.
Just as important to Liz are the relationships she builds with her clients. Her goal is to create an experience where clients feel comfortable, cared for and confident in the skin they’re in.
