How do I join?

Memberships can be purchased in person at Firm Medical Spa. Our team will help you choose the membership that best fits your skincare and wellness goals.

Can I cancel?

Memberships require a six-month commitment. After your initial commitment, memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to the Membership Agreement.

When do my points expire?

Membership points expire 12 months after they are earned. If you cancel your membership before completing your current 6-month commitment, all accrued membership points are forfeited.

Can I use points on any service?

Membership Points may be redeemed toward eligible services and products. Some exclusions apply.

Can I purchase a membership online?
